Friday’s Final Thought (NOW)
As you’re moving forward in life start paying more attention to the present moment; what you’re doing and how you’re thinking. Here’s something from the book (“The Power of the Now” by Eckhart Tolle) on how to keep my mind in the now: When you notice my mind starting to shift repeat to yourself “Stay in the Now, Stay in the Now” that will help you to stay focused. Another thing if you have a task you could be doing don’t put it off. Remember Now is the time and smile while you’re at it.
